Real Time GPS Tracker for Kids and Pets Campaign

Its very unusual that I do a product review of this nature. Typically items I review are very awesome and if there is any issues the seller/company is quick to respond and fix or help understand the issues. This product and company not so much. It has been sitting as a task on my Tomoson account for over a month. I have contacted them over and over and the company gives me a very generic on helpful response every time. This is supposed to be a gps tracker, for your kids, or dog or items but it will not even charge.
